Our Team

Our team is very experienced at creating and bringing new technology solutions to market.  Amongst us we have founded or been co-founders of half a dozen companies, and have IPO’d one and been acquired in five others.  The technology core of our team has been working together for five years and co-founded Veritrix in 2008 to bring this incredible identification solution to market.

When I first conceived of Sovay identification it was clear the unprecedented growth in cybercrime is the direct result of anonymous logins.  Criminals invent identities to prey on children, to prey on people looking for a fair deal and to run elaborate scams.  Criminals steal identities to gain access to sensitive information and take money.  All the while, no one knows who is really behind the login.  Take away the anonymity and you take away the criminal’s means of escaping prosecution.  In a few seconds Sovay positively identifies the person logging in and knows that person is right there, right then.  Sovay immediately warns you when your account is under attack.  Isn’t it time we know who’s logging in?
