Sovay Overview
Sovay recognizes users the same way that humans do, identifying people using a simple process that ensures they are actually present at login.
Sovay is a flexible, scalable human identification system built on a generalized platform that can support a very large number of users. The result of this approach means that the design and implementation will adapt to changing technologies and grow as demand requires. Best-of-breed technologies today may fall from favor as new technologies are developed, and Sovay supports utilizing the best-of-breed and quickly adapts to the changing environment.
Sovay provides irrefutable proof of identity of the authenticating user.
The Sovay default login process is quick and simple. Users enter a username, then Sovay verifies the account status. Upon verification Sovay sends a random Sovay Phrase and the user’s Secret Question. A secure multimedia session begins to record the user speaking the Sovay Phrase and answering the Secret Question. The recording is analyzed with a collection of technologies including voice recognition, lip reading and biometrics. Once both of the following conditions are met, access is granted.
- The user’s identity is successfully verified
- The user is confirmed live
The Sovay process biometrically identifies the person in the video and confirms the user is live by decoding the random, real-time spoken phrases.

Sovay Login Process
Sovay is Highly Customizable
A range of options is provided for configuring everything from the user interaction to the vendor or technology selection for identification. In many work places, for example, it may not be convenient to receive an SMS, so a user may opt to have the Sovay Phrase sent to the screen or a land line. Another example is that Sovay may be configured to use legacy equipment such as a fingerprint scanner. Whatever your needs for identification, Sovay can adapt to them.
